Le discharge and pulled the motor cover. Removed the faulty Hail effects and repiaced with new <br /> ones. Ran cord into drive and hooked up. Hooked up scoope meter to phase 1 and 2 to perform a back side EMF.Set Unit up in idle <br /> mode and let it get to speed. Started test at 15 ms intervals. E stopped unit and stopped logging on the scoope meter. Performed the <br /> calculation for the results and had 102 volts peek to peek and 32.44 Hz.NOTE!Motor has lost its magnatesum and needs to be <br /> replaced. Cleaned up and filled ou report,checked out and traveled to next job. <br /> Motor info. HPM 380 A. SIN 200682/002. Duty cycle S1. PIN 22073688. <br /> U-Need to replace the rotor, <br /> U-Will need to clean stator when pulled to replace the motor. <br /> U-Will need new stator bolts and gasket at time of replacing rotor. <br /> U-May want to replace the shaft SE al at the same time the rotor is replaced do to a slight leek. <br /> U-Will need 4 Cans of electrical cleaner to clean stater. 1-10-T2. #59.
