CHRONOLOGY <br /> Rainwater Car Wash <br /> 420 West Yosemite Avenue <br /> Manteca, California 95337 <br /> 08/06/97 Date the EHD filed Unauthorized Release Form (URF) No. 97-U31. The URF is <br /> available in the Unit III files. <br /> 01/21/98 Date of letter from the EHD informing the responsible party of his/her <br /> responsibility to perform corrective action, and the placement of the site into the <br /> Local Oversight Program (LOP). The letter is available in the Unit III files. <br /> 05/07/98 Date of Preliminary Site Assessment Work Plan submitted by Advanced <br /> GeoEnvironmental, Inc., proposing the collection of soil and groundwater <br /> samples beneath the underground storage tanks (USTs). The work plan is <br /> available on Questys, file XR0006853. <br /> 12/07/98 Date when one 6,000-gallon and two 4,000-gallon unleaded gasoline USTs, <br /> dispensers and associated product dispenser piping were removed from the site <br /> under permit issued by the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department (EHD). Information is available in the Unit III files. <br /> 03/12/99 Date of Work Plan Addendum submitted by Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc., <br /> proposing the advancement of seven soil borings to approximately 25 to 50 feet <br /> below surface grade (bsg) to delineate impacted soil and groundwater. The work <br /> plan addendum is available on Questys, file XR0006852. <br /> 04/15/99 Date when soil borings P-1 through P-6 were advanced at the site. <br /> 06/11/99 Date of Preliminary Investigation and Evaluation Report submitted by Advanced <br /> GeoEnvironmental, Inc., that reported the soil and groundwater analytical results <br /> from the advancement of six soil borings, P-1 through P-6. The report is <br /> available on Questys, file XR0006840. <br /> 06/28/99 Date of Monitoring Well Installation Work Plan submitted by Advanced <br /> GeoEnvironmental, Inc., proposing the installation of seven monitoring wells. <br /> The work plan is available on Questys, file XR0006851. <br /> 08/10/99 Date of Work Plan Addendum - August 1999 submitted by Advanced <br /> GeoEnvironmental, Inc., proposing the installation of two soil vapor extraction <br /> (SVE) wells and one air sparging (AS) well to perform remediation feasibility <br /> studies, including a 48-hour in-situ air sparge pilot test, an 8-hour SVE pilot test, <br /> and an 8-hour groundwater pump (draw-down) pilot test.
