CFC 8001.7 <br /> 2. Properly dispose of old deteriorated containers of Butyl-Cellulose. CFC <br /> 8001.4.7.3 <br /> 3. Remove all items not chemically related in the storage area. CFC 7902.3.3.1 <br /> 4. Provide plugs for the open container of waste oil and label the container. CFC <br /> 7901.2.2 <br /> Treatment and Dock Area <br /> 1. Remove trash materials, empty containers, papers and rags in the flow trench. <br /> CFC 8003.1.3.3 <br /> 2. Repair the pipe leak at the DI water tank #2. CFC 8001.4.7 <br /> 3. Properly label barrels containing water with proper labels. These containers are <br /> now labeled as corrosive. CFC 8001.7 <br /> 4. Repair the pipe leaks in this tank area. CFC 8001.4.7 <br /> 5. Label all containers on the East End of the treatment area. CFC 8001.7 <br /> 6. General maintenance is needed in the shipping area near the process <br /> containers. A monitoring <br /> method shall be provided to detect hazardous materials in the secondary <br /> containment system. CFC 8001.4.7, CBC,307.2.3.2 <br /> 8. Provide protective coating on the floor for the filter press. The chemicals are <br /> dissolving the alkaline in the concrete floor. CFC 8001.1.3.2 <br /> 9. Remove the spent etch and garbage from the secondary containment of the etch <br /> tank. A monitoring method shall be provided to detect hazardous materials in the <br /> secondary containment system. CFC 8001.4.7, CBC,307.2.3.2, CFC 8003.1.3.3 <br /> 10. Remove the waste acid from the sulfuric secondary containment tank and repair <br /> all sulfuric acid pipe leaks. Replace the tank that has a defective bottom in the <br /> secondary containment. A monitoring method shall be provided to detect <br /> hazardous materials in the secondary containment system. CFC 8003.1.3, CBC <br /> 307.2.3.2 <br /> 11. Clean out all trenches and repair the acid damage. CFC8001.1.3.2 <br /> 12. Provide secondary containment for the unknown containers on the dock. CFC <br /> 8001.3.1 <br /> 13.
