Defective rigging equipment shall be removed from service. <br /> Rigging equipment, when not in use, shall be removed from the <br /> immediate work area and properly stored so as not to present a <br /> hazard. <br /> Taglines shall be used to control the loads being handled by <br /> hoisting equipment. <br /> Slip, trip, and fall Determine best access route before transporting equipment. <br /> hazards Good housekeeping, keep work area picked up and clean as feasible. <br /> Continually inspect the work area for slip, trip and fall hazards. <br /> Look before you step, ensure safe and secure footing. <br /> Strains and sprains Use the proper tool for the Sob being performed. <br /> Get assistance if needed. <br /> Aviod twisting/turning while pulling on tools, materials, etc. <br /> Underground utilities All underground utilities will be located prior to excavating. <br />
