As the site was being improved, their subdivision map <br /> expired. These current site improvements include compacted soils, curbs and gutters installed and even the electrical <br /> for the light poles installed. <br /> Individual water and wells and septic systems on two acre parcels are consistent with the county's code of ordinances <br /> and the local area management plan which is approved by the Regional Water Quality Control Board. In other words, <br /> any wells install need to meet these regulatory requirements. The San Joaquin County Local Area Management Plan, <br /> Policy Section 7.8-Allowable Density for a Subdivision -SJC has alternative requirement. "The overall annual average <br /> rainfall for the county is 15.6 inches, allowing for an average density of two acres per single family dwelling according to <br /> Tier 1, Table 1. San Joaquin County Ordinance Code allows for minimum parcel sizes of two acres when utilizing a well <br /> 1 <br />
