3.2.6 U.S.Environmental Protection Agency(USEPA)Identification Number <br /> Based on a review of the regulatory database search report (the EDR report), the Site does not appear on <br /> the National Priorities List (NPL), thus,the Site does not have a USEPA identification number. No NPL <br /> sites were listed within one mile of the Site. <br /> 3.2.7 CalSites Database Number <br /> Based on a review of the EDR report, the Site is not identified in the CalSites database. No properties in <br /> the CalSites database were identified within one mile of the Site. <br /> 3.2.8 Assessor's Parcel Number(s)and Maps <br /> A copy of the pertinent San Joaquin County Assessor's Parcel Number (APN) map is included in the <br /> Phase I ESA report. The following table summarizes information for the three parcels that comprise the <br /> Site, including the property address,approximate acreage, APN, and owner: <br /> Southern Parcel 19555 N.Tully Rd. 1.5 019-020-36 rKandK.Winn <br /> Northern Parcel No street address 0.8 019-020-57 K.Winn <br /> Western Parcel No street address 0.5 119-010-21, . . an .K.Winn <br /> SBE 872-39-25E par. 16 <br /> Note that the parcel designations, acreages, and APNs have changed since the Phase I ESA report and the <br /> DTSC scope of work was written,although the overall Site boundaries have not changed. The former <br /> northern parcel (formerly APN 019-020-46) was merged with the eastern portion of the parcel formerly <br /> known as the central parcel(which had the same APN as the current western parcel) to form the current <br /> northern parcel. The current western parcel is the remainder of the former central parcel that was not <br /> merged with the former northern parcel. <br /> 3.2.9 Township,Range,Section and Meridian <br /> Based on information from the North American Datum, the Site is located at 38°9' 4" north latitude, 121° <br /> 8' 9" west longitude of Township 4 North, Range 8 East, Sections 30 and 31, Mount Diablo Baseline and <br /> Meridian. <br /> 3.2.10 Site Zoning <br /> All three sites are designated for commercial/office use by San Joaquin County in both the zoning code <br /> and the general plan. <br /> 3.2.11 Site Maps and Photographs <br /> A site location map depicting the Site and surrounding area is included as Figure 1, and a Site map is <br /> included as Figure 2.
