These records shall be maintained on site for at least three years. Monitoring records include: (1) date and time of all monitoring or sampling; (2) monitoring equipment calibration and maintenance records; (3) results of any visual observations; (4) results of sample analysis performed a lab or in the field; (5) logs of all readings of gauges or other monitoring equipment, ground water elevations, or other test results; (6) results of inventory readings and reconciliations. The site manager was able to get the results emailed to her while the inspector was on site. This was corrected on site. This is a repeat violation, Class II. 202 CCR 2715(c)(3), 2715(c)(4) Failure to maintain the "Facility Employee Training Certificate" on-site (after October 1, 2018). Employe, Gurpreet(No last name provided in the training log) and Sandeep (No last name provided in the training log)were trained on 10/5/18 and the "Facility Employee Training Certificate"was not used to document the training. Furthermore the employee Sandeep (no last name provided in the training log)was trained on 10/5/18 and the hire date was stated at 10/1/18 which is unclear if it is the date of assuming responsibility. All site employees must be trained prior to taking responsibility as a facility employee if after October 1, 2018, or within 30 days of hire if prior to October 1, 2018. The"Facility Employee Training Certificate" shall contain accurate information for all employees trained. Update the"Facility Employee Training Certificate"to contain the accurate information and submit a copy of the updated form to the EHD. This is a minor violation. 204 CCR 2712(i) Current monitoring plan approved by the EHD not found on site. An approved copy of the monitoring plans were not available for inspection. A copy of these plans shall be accessible on site at all times. The manager made the corrections to the monitoring plan while the inspector was there to correct this with the inspector on site.
