The SJCEHD conducted another site inspection and found several chemical <br /> storage containers and high-pressure cylinders present at the Site. Several of the <br /> containers had been exposed to the elements and were deteriorating (DTSC 2007). <br /> According to Mr. Naidu's inspection report, the Site was fenced, but he noted that <br /> unauthorized persons may trespass onto the Site and be exposed through direct contact <br /> Page 12 wp-PEA-Gordon-Jul10-RV009808.doc: <br />
