The attached photos taken in November of <br /> 2001 show spillage from the Manure pond into a neighboring field, as well as <br /> maintenance problems with buildings and plumbing. These problems still persist <br /> as evidenced by recent photos(May 4, 2006). <br /> We are concerned that a new million bird facility may be approved for the applicant on <br /> Undine Road, and that it will be managed it in the same careless manner.
