Other requirements may also apply. These <br /> requirements cannot be modified. <br /> A. The Environmental Health Department requires a Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading <br /> Study incorporating proposed staff and customer use, indicating that the area is <br /> suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to issuance of building <br /> permit(s) (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A nitrate <br /> loading study is required, and a review fee of$475.00 must be paid at time of <br /> submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San <br /> Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of <br /> the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater <br /> treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$95.00 per <br /> percolation hole is required. <br /> B. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based <br /> on the Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study findings (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br />
