McArthur Dr. <br /> Tracy, California 95304 <br /> Primary Contact: Taylor Clements, FIeet Manager <br /> (209) 666-7000 (24-hour cell) <br /> 2.1 Facility Location <br /> The facility location in relation to the City of Tracy is indicated in the Site Location Map <br /> included as Figure 1. The subject property is located at 20177 S. McArthur Dr., Tracy, <br /> California at Latitude N 370 46'36"and Longitude W 1210 24'57.2". The nearest waterway to <br /> the facility is a canal located just west of the RHS materials storage yard. The canal is <br /> connected to the Old River which is approximately one and one-half anile to the north. <br /> 2.2 Facility Description <br /> The RHS facility is approximately 4.5 acres in area and is mainly used for truck and equipment <br /> storage/repair, truck parking, truck fueling, and for the main offices. The facility is accessed <br /> from the east on S. McArthur Drive. <br /> The main yard consists of an office and warehouse structure, vehicle parking areas, truck <br /> parking areas, a bulk fueling containment structure, equipment storage areas, a boneyard for <br /> permanently closed saddle tanks, and a truck scale. Oil is stored in bulk tanks located within <br /> the bulk containment structure and within the warehouse. <br /> Bulk deliveries of oil products made to this facility are provided by mobile transfer trucks <br /> operated by subcontractors. The largest tanker truck utilized for delivery to this facility is 3,000 <br /> gallons.Bulk tanks are top-loaded. Dispensers attached directly to the diesel and gasoline bulk <br /> tanks are used for RHS equipment and vehicles. <br /> 2.3 Site Drainage Characteristics <br /> According to the Western Regional Climate Center, the average annual precipitation near the <br /> subject property is approximately 12.03 inches and an annual average of 0.0 inches of snowfall. <br /> The exterior portions of the site are mainly surfaced with gravel and any surface flow would <br /> sheet flow to the west-southwest towards a drainage ditch located on the southern portion of <br /> the property.
