Did not see missing hand soap <br /> -1 crushed,leaking,partially full bottle of hand sanitizer seen in the flammable room <br /> -2 crushed boxes of glass cleaner,with full and partially full bottles in it,several bottles actively leaking,staining on boxes <br /> -2 bottles of V05 hair product actively leaking through metal floor grating from levels 2 or above <br /> -I bottle of bubble bath without a cap seen on the second floor of a mod. Down below,the cap was seen along with a circular <br /> stained area,where it appeared the bubble bath had been allowed to leak and dry on the floor <br /> -1 flattened container of comet. The comet appeared to have been run over and tracked through an aisle of the warehouse <br /> approx. 100ft from space 74125039AA-74125001AA <br /> -I partially full bottle of olive oil detangling spray,with spray cap off,seen several feet away <br /> -2 crashed containers of comet on level I(floor)of last mod with comet spread out all underneath. Spilled comet was also seen <br /> in the pallet above <br /> -1 crushed,taped up box of silkience select body wash with a punctured container,evidence of leakage in the box and on the <br /> cardboard below the box on the pallet <br /> -Throughout the warehouse"onesies"of varying types of product were seen that had fallen out,had been taken out,or somehow <br /> were loose from cases. Products that had broken,or leaked were not immediately cleaned up. Nor was it clear what the <br /> procedure was to respond to such instances of damaged,leaking products-several examples listed above. <br /> Facilities shall be maintained and operated to minimize the possibility of a fire,explosion,or release of hazardous waste to air,soil,or <br /> surface water which could threaten human health or the environment. Immediately begin to maintain this facility in a manner which <br /> minimizes the release of a hazardous waste. Manage the spilled wastes according to Title 22 hazardous waste regulations. Submit a <br /> statement and supporting documentation explaining how this waste was managed and will be managed in the future to the EHD by <br /> September 6,2014. . <br /> 401. Failed to manage incompatible wastes in containers properly. <br /> -1 plastic tote that was labeled"product assessment area merge"contained a bottle of rubbing alcohol,Pine Glo,and multi <br /> surface cleaner. <br /> -1plastic tote contained a bottle of Pine Glo and Awesome floor cleaner <br /> In both containers the items were individually bagged but it appeared they all had leaked. There was freestanding liquid in both <br /> containers. <br /> Immediately segregate incompatible wastes. All incompatible wastes must be managed and stored separately.
