On September 7, 2007 21st Century EMI and Lodi Chome collected final rinsate samples from <br />floor decontamination efforts in eight areas and from both liquid totes. Analyses requested were <br />CAM 17 Metals, pH, and total cyanide. <br />On September 27, 2007, 21st Century EMI picked up two liquid totes containing decon water <br />and one super sack of floor debris and transported the waste to a disposal facility. <br />On October 8, 2007, 21 st Century EMI submitted two samples for analysis. The samples were of <br />wall board behind tank areas and floor tile from the office area. Wall board was analyzed for <br />CAM 17 Metals and the floor tiles were analyzed for asbestos. <br />On October 25, 2007, 21 st Century EMI requested TCLP analysis of the wall board samples. <br />Chemicals and Equipment Contents <br />Chemicals or hazardous wastes found at the site were placed in bins or containers or pumped into <br />containers. The following table lists the description of the waste with date of acceptance, quantity <br />removed, manifest number, and facility accepting the waste.
