Shea Homes- Northern California Bergamo at Mountain House <br /> 4943.009.002 Phase I Environmental Site Assessment <br /> TABLE 2.3.2-1: Aerial Photographs <br /> YEAR DESCRIPTION <br /> Property: The Property is vacant and appears to have been utilized for agricultural <br /> purposes, with evidence of row crops being cultivated. A dirt farm road <br /> 1937, 1939, bisects the property in a north to south direction. <br /> 1940, 1957,1963, <br /> 1966, 1975, Adjoining: Throughout the series of photographs, parcels near the Property consist <br /> 1979, 1982, of row crops or other agricultural uses, some showing evidence of <br /> 1993, 1998 residences. A railroad is visible just north of the Property. A roadway is <br /> visible adjacent to the Property to the north beginning in 1939. A creek <br /> bed is visible to the south. <br /> Property: The Property is no longer being used as agricultural land. Grading <br /> activities are in progress for a residential development. <br /> 2006 Adioining: Surrounding parcels are being developed for residential development to <br /> the south and southeast. It appears that the parcels of land to the north <br /> are graded and contain manmade ponds. <br /> Property: Grading activities are completed sometime prior to 2009. The Property <br /> remains vacant. <br /> 2009, 2012, 2016 <br /> Adjoining: Surrounding parcels are being developed for residential development to <br /> the south and southeast. <br /> 2.3.3 Fire Insurance Maps <br /> EDR prepared a Sanborn Fire insurance map search for the Property and surrounding properties. <br /> EDR reported that no maps were available for the Property and surrounding properties. The report <br /> is presented in Appendix B. <br /> 2.3.4 City Directory <br /> City Directories, published since the 18th century for major towns and cities, lists the name of the <br /> resident or business associated with each address. A city directory search conducted by EDR is <br /> located in Appendix E. There are no listings associated with De Anza Boulevard. The listings on <br /> S Central Parkway have been have identified as rural residential listings, San Joaquin Delta <br /> College, and a psychiatric service. <br /> 2.4 ENVIRONMENTAL RECORD SOURCES <br /> EDR performed a search of federal, tribal, state, and local databases regarding the Property and <br /> nearby properties. Details regarding the databases searched by EDR are provided in Appendix A. <br /> A list of the facilities documented by EDR within the approximate minimum search distance of the <br /> Property is provided below. <br /> 2.4.1 Environmental Records <br /> 2.4.1.1 Subject Property <br /> The Property is not listed on the Standard Environmental Record source databases. <br /> ENGEOApril 20, 2020 <br /> Expect Excellence- <br />
