In 1991, a leak was discovered and reported for the Old Valley Pipeline (OVP), a <br /> crude oil pipeline constructed in the early 1900s. The Chevron facilities reportedly completed <br /> cleanup activities to delineate the impacts to soil and groundwater caused by the OVP leak. <br /> Chevron submitted requests for No Further Action (NFA) in April 2008 Sites #1 and #2, and in <br /> October 2010 for Site #3. The NFAs were approved and the cases were closed on <br /> September 25, 2008 and May 6, 2011, respectively. <br /> 2.4.2 Additional Environmental Records <br /> 2.4.2.1 Subject Property <br /> The Property is listed on the Additional Environmental Record sources in the following databases: <br /> TABLE 2.4.2.1-1 <br /> FACILITY STREET DATABASES <br /> Mountain House Tract 3545 De Anza Boulevard at Andalusia Way CIWQS <br /> The Mountain House Tract 3545 CIWQS is associated with construction permitting during <br /> construction operations at the Property. <br /> Based on the distances to the identified database sites, regional topographic gradient, and the <br /> EDR findings, it is unlikely that the above-stated database sites pose an environmental risk to the <br /> Property.
