e. PRODUCTION CAPACITY: A small winery shall have a minimum production capacity of 201 gallons and a maximum of 36,000 gallons of wine per year. (Development Title Section 9-1075.5[a]) f. SETBACKS: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the Site Plan: New construction or the use of existing buildings, permanent parking areas and outdoor eating/entertaining areas shall be set back a minimum of 200 feet from East Armstrong Road. Each parking stall shall be an unobstructed rectangle,minimum 9 feet wide and 20 feet long except parallel stalls,which must be 9 feet long and 26 feet long. (Development Title 9-1015.5[b][1]) j. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the Site Plan: 1. Access driveways shall have a width of no less than 25 feet for two-way aisles and 16 feet for one- way aisles, except that in no case shall driveways designated as fire department access be less than 20 feet wide.
