pertinent records were identified for 8458 and 8200 East Jahant Road or 23110 <br />North Dustin Road (correspondence, December 9, 2020). <br />Live Oak reviewed records on file for 8450 East Jahant Road, listed as John <br />Faria Dairy. Complaints were on file from 1993 and 1996 related to manure and <br />flies from the dairy; both issues appear to have been resolved. An Aboveground <br />Petroleum Storage Program Survey Form from 2009 listed 200 gallons of diesel <br />and 200 gallons of gasoline stored on the Site. A photograph shows two <br />aboveground tanks, labeled red diesel and white diesel. A Small Quantity <br />Hazardous Waste Generator permit from 2014 was also on file. These records <br />have been included in Appendix 4 of this report. <br />Well & Septic Permits <br />Live Oak reviewed the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br />well and septic permit files for the Site addresses of 8200, 8458, and 8450 East <br />Jahant Road, and 23110 North Dustin Road. Six permits were identified: <br />February 1970 permit for addition to existing residential septic system. A <br />new 100-foot leach line and 33-inch diameter by 25-foot deep seepage pit <br />were added to the existing system (8200, off-site). <br />March 1976 permit for addition to existing residential septic system. Two <br />33-inch diameter by 25-foot deep seepage pits were added to the existing <br />system (8200, off-site). <br />September 1981 permit for addition to existing residential septic system. <br />Two seepage pits were added to the existing system (8200, off-site). <br />February 1970 permit for addition to existing residential septic system. A <br />66-foot leach line and a 42-inch diameter by 25-foot deep seepage pit <br />were added to the existing system (8450). <br />April 2008 permit for replacement irrigation well. The well was 500 feet <br />deep, with a grout seal at 50 feet (8450). <br />September 2019 permit for new irrigation well. The well was 835 feet <br />deep, with a grout seal at 202 feet (8458). <br />These permits have been included in Appendix 4 of this report. <br /> <br />7.0 GOVERNMENT AGENCY RESEARCH <br /> <br />7.1 EPA Databases <br />The California Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) manages contaminated <br />sites through two sub-agencies: the State Water Resources Control Board <br />(SWRCB) and the Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC).
