The database can be searched by reviewing two lists, the <br />Permitted Underground Storage Tank (UST) Sites list and the Cleanup Sites list. <br />DTSC's EnviroStor database includes Federal Superfund sites, State response <br />sites, voluntary cleanup sites, school cleanup sites, corrective action sites, and <br />permitted hazardous waste facilities. <br />Live Oak searched both databases on January 9, 2021 for any listed sites within <br />one-quarter mile of the Site. The subject Site was not listed on either database, <br />and no listed facilities were identified within one-quarter mile. <br />7.2 Environmental Health Department Databases <br />Live Oak reviewed the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's <br />Cleanup, Hazardous Materials, Hazardous Waste Generators, Underground <br />Storage Tanks, Aboveground Storage Tanks, and Complaints databases, dated <br />July 2020, for facilities of concern within one-quarter mile of the Site. <br />The Site address of 8450 E. Jahant was included on the Hazardous Materials, <br />Hazardous Waste Generators, and Aboveground Storage Tanks lists under the <br />name of John Faria. Records related to these listings have been discussed <br />under "Hazardous Materials Records," above. <br />Seven additional facilities were identified within one-quarter mile: <br />Jim Saco, Jr., 23031 N. Bruella, Hazardous Materials, Hazardous Waste <br />Generators, Aboveground Storage Tanks lists, adjacent to the southeast. <br />According to records on file at the San Joaquin County Environmental <br />Health Department, a 500-gallon diesel tank and a 500-gallon gasoline <br />tank were maintained at this facility in 2010 through 2013; a 55-gallon <br />used oil drum was also present in 2009 and 2010. The facility had a Small <br />Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator permit in 2010 through 2013. An <br />inspection report from 2011 indicated violations related to recordkeeping <br />and open containers of used oil; a "return to compliance" certificate was <br />also on file. Based on the information reviewed, no evidence of an impact <br />to the subject Site was identified. <br />John Owens, 8005 E. Peltier, Hazardous Materials and Aboveground <br />Storage Tanks lists, adjacent to the south. According to records on file at <br />the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department, a 200-gallon <br />diesel tank was maintained at this Site from 1993 through 2010. Based on <br />the information reviewed, no evidence of an impact to the subject Site was <br />identified. <br />LOGE 20-61 6
