The public comment period for the draft FRP will extend thirty (30) days <br />from receipt of the proposal. <br />Also due by March 21, 1991, is the first quarterly monitoring report pursuant to Section 2652(d) of the <br />underground storage tank regulations (California Administrative Code, Title 23, Subchapter 16). The <br />monitoring report shall be submitted to PHS/EHD and Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board <br />(CVRWQCB) (monitoring) until the investigation and cleanup of the site is deemed adequate. The report <br />is to show: <br />-status of investigation and cleanup activities including the results of al all <br />investigations completed to date; <br />-proposed continuing or next phase of investigation; <br />-method of cleanup proposed or implemented, schedules for the completion of the <br />investigation of the site and remediation; <br />-monitoring well data including groundwater elevation, pH, conductivity, gradient; <br />-analytical results of groundwater or soil sampling; and <br />-a site map showing the "zero line" of contamination, if known, and changes in the <br />above measurements over the last quarter. <br />The Thornton Municipal Well #2 should also be analyzed during these sampling events. <br />If you have any questions, contact Eleanor Ratliff, REHS, of my staff at (209)468-3454. <br />Jogi Khanna, M, ., M.P.H. <br />Health Offic <br />C: CVRWQCB <br />c: WaterWork Corporation
