Seresco ` Dehumidifier Submittal <br />B. Unit shall have an externally adjustable balanced port design mechanical thermostatic <br />expansion valve. The valve shall have a removable powerhead. <br />C. Tamper proof, hermetically sealed non-adjustable high and low pressure controls and <br />refrigeration service valves shall be installed using Schraeder type valves. Refrigeration service <br />valves shall be located outside of the airstream. <br />D. Receiver shall have two refrigerant level (maximum and minimum) indicating sight glasses. <br />E. Suction line shall be fully insulated with V2 inch closed cell insulation. <br />2.13 CONTROL PANEL <br />A. Electrical contractor shall be responsible for external power wiring, disconnect switch and <br />disconnect switch fusing. Power block terminals shall be provided. <br />B. Shall be built-in within a separate compartment in the cabinet section already out of the air <br />stream. <br />C. Contactors shall control blower motor(s) and compressors. <br />D. Blower motor(s) and compressors shall be protected with thermal trip overloads. <br />E. Dry contacts shall he provided for alarm, blower interlock, stage 1 & 2 heating and system on. <br />F. Terminals shall be provided for 24 volt power to the outdoor air cooled condenser fan contactor. <br />G. Color -coding and wire numbering shall be provided for easy troubleshooting. All wires shall be <br />in a wire duct. <br />H. Compressor(s) shall have a time delay start to prevent short cycling. <br />I. All wiring shall be installed in accordance with UL or CSA safety electrical code regulations, <br />and shall be in accordance with NFPA. All components used shall be UL or CSA listed. <br />2.14 CONTROLS <br />A. Unit shall be controlled by space mounted LCD Touchscreen type Humidistat and Thermostat <br />with control wiring connected to terminals on the unit. <br />2.15 AIR FILTERS <br />A. Unit shall have a 2" extended surface pleated panel filters suitable for high moisture <br />applications with antimicrobial agent to inhibit the growth of mould mildew, bacteria and fungi. <br />Filter shall have a minimum of 14 pleats per ft and 90.92% arrestance. <br />A.
