In the latest revision, you still have not addressed our concerns. I have spoke with Michael Carroll <br /> regarding the intent to reuse some of the soil. This will not work due to some of the soil containing burn ash and <br /> glass. The EHD has not approved the plan. You will need to address the EHD concerns prior to approval by <br /> the EHD.
