The soil with no burn -ash or refuse will be stockpiled on the west bank of the <br />retention pond by Corral Hollow Road. The stockpile will then be spread out and <br />leveled. <br />2. The soil with large rocks and gravel will be stockpiled on the top west bank of the <br />retention pond and leveled as well. <br />3. The ash -laden soil will be stockpiled on a plastic sheeting, covered and then <br />tested for being hazardous or not. Based on the test results, the ash laden soil <br />will be disposed accordingly. <br />4. The aggregate base on the existing road will be scraped ,stockpiled and latter <br />reused. <br />5. With that said it is important that you get all the sampling completed so that if the ash laden soil <br />is hazardous it is not onsite longer than 90 days from the accumulation start date. If it comes back non haz <br />then time frames are not applicable. When you do the sampling for the stock pile you will need to change <br />your sampling criteria. Your last results included a fish bio assay. That is not required for metals (generally <br />speaking). If you need guidance on this let me know.
