(BET) is assisting the EPA in assessing potential <br />hazardous waste contamination at various abandoned sites and operating facilities. During our <br />telephone conversations on March 21, 1995 and April 3, 1995, you provided information <br />regarding groundwater contamination in the vicinity of the Marlowe Property site. <br />Our contract with the EPA requires documentation of certain telephone conversations concerning <br />the investigation. If a telephone conversation provides information that is important to our <br />analyses, the EPA requires that we obtain concurrence on the accuracy of the information <br />provided. <br />Attached for your review is a draft of the Contact Report documenting our telephone conversation. <br />Please review it and make any changes you feel necessary. Please sign and date the form on the <br />"Contact Concurrence" line and return the form to me as soon as possible with your comments in <br />the self-addressed, stamped envelope provided. <br />I appreciate your assistance.
