Marlowe Properties was <br />recently sued by a Mr. George Allen over injuries he allegedly suffered as a <br />result of drinking contaminated water from the Marlowe Properties well. In <br />order to properly defend Marlowe Properties I need to have as much <br />information regarding the subject property as possible. Before commencing <br />full discovery I am making an informal request of your office for copies of the <br />following documents, some of which I believe you have already discussed <br />with Jonathan Marlowe. Should there be any expense involved, please let <br />me know. The requested information includes the following: <br />Septic tank permits for businesses located directly to the west of <br />the Marlowe Properties site along Wilcox Road. <br />Water well drillers reports for the neighboring domestic wells, <br />in particular those to have contamination, i.e. 4716 Waterloo Road and 2817 <br />Cherryland. <br />Copies of the County's final investigation report on Precision <br />Painting and Sweet's Tinware.
