The <br /> salvage area is unfenced and the access - <br /> road to the working face runs past it, <br /> making it accessable to the public. <br /> Doors should be removed from all white <br /> goods to eliminate the hazard to the <br /> public. <br /> 2. Used oil is accepted at this site <br /> for recycling. I observed 15-20 <br /> fifty-five gallon barrels to the south <br /> of the site office. One of the <br /> barrels had tipped over and its <br /> contents had seeped into the soil. <br /> Salvaged materials are to be stored to <br /> minimize public hazards.
