Windy and <br /> cloudy in the afternoon. <br /> Accompanied By: Jerry Wicks*, (LEA) San Joaquin County <br /> Local Health District and Ken Belcher , <br /> San Joaquin County Department of Solid <br /> Waste Management during a portion of the <br /> inspection. <br /> I arrived at the site at 7 : 45 a.m and found the site was already <br /> open to the public. The attendant on duty informed me the site <br /> opens at 7 : 00 a.m. each day. Jerry Wicks and Ken Belcher met me at <br /> the working face about 8 : 00 a.m. Don Meyers signed the SWIS form <br /> at the end of the operating day. <br /> RESULTS <br /> The following violations of Public Resource Code, Chapter 3 <br /> Permits and Inspection Program, Article 1 and Title 14 , California <br /> Code of Regulations (CCR) , Chapter 3 - Minimum Standards for Solid <br /> Waste Handling and Disposal ( State Minimum Standards) were <br /> observed during the inspection.
