Monitoring results will be presented in the form of a report to the <br /> Local Enforcement Agency within 90 days of the sampling event. The <br /> report will include the following items: <br /> 1) Concentration of methane measured at each probe. <br /> 2) Concentrations of trace gases when required. <br /> 3) The documentation of date, time, barometric pressure, <br /> general weather conditions, and probe pressures. <br /> 4) The names of sampling personnel, apparatus used, and <br /> description of the methods used. <br /> VI. EQUIPMENT - QA/QC <br /> Monitoring will be accomplished using industry standard portable <br /> sampling equipment. Wells will be monitored for methane only <br /> unless otherwise specified by the LEA, the RWQCB, and/or the CIWMB. <br /> A Quality Assurance, Quality Control (QA/QC) program will be <br /> provided by the consultant performing the monitoring, and it will <br /> be included in the monitoring reports. <br /> VII. SCHEDULE <br /> This plan is being submitted to the LEA for approval. Upon <br /> approval of the plan, the County will begin the proces necessary <br /> to install the Landfill Gas Monitoring System. The LEA is to issue <br /> a Notice an Order which will establish an exact deadline date for <br /> installation of the system. It is expected that the system can be <br /> in place and operational in the spring of 1991. Monitoring will <br /> begin as soon as the system is operational. <br /> 8 <br />
