The planned locations of the residence and new septic systems are depicted <br /> in Figure 2. No additional development is proposed for the property. <br /> 1.3. PARCEL VICINITY LOCATION MAP <br /> San Joaquin County Assessor's Map Book 80 Page 29 depicts the site parcel (APN 080- <br /> 290-260) in the western portion of the page. The parcel is bordered to the north (080-290- <br /> 270), west (080-290-290), and east (080-290-250) by single-family residential property; <br /> and to the south by Waudman Avenue followed by vacant property (080-180-080). The <br /> parcel vicinity map and a satellite overview map are included in Appendix A. <br /> 1.4. SITE MAP <br /> A plan of the specific site features (i.e., structures, drives, wells, septic systems, large <br /> trees, pastures, etc.) is illustrated in Figure 2. <br /> 2.0. PRESENT AND PAST USAGE OF SITE <br /> The property is currently being used for residential purposes and has been since 1947. <br /> The current residential dwelling was erected on the property in 1947. Prior to residential <br /> development, the property may have been used for light agricultural purposes. The <br /> property is situated in the north-central area of Stockton, San Joaquin, California. <br /> 2.1 POTENTIAL SITE PROBLEM ASSESSMENT <br /> Water supply for the property is currently provided by the existing onsite domestic water <br /> well. The proposed septic systems will be installed a minimum of 50 feet away from the <br /> onsite domestic water well and all surrounding water wells (Figure 2). The development <br /> of a residence and new septic systems will not affect water being supplied to the property. <br /> 3.0. EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> The existing septic system includes a residential system located to the west of the existing <br /> residential structure (Figure 2). The septic system is permitted for a two-bedroom house <br /> and utilized 365 days a year by the existing dwelling. The existing septic system and leach <br /> field extend to the west of the residence (Figure 2; Appendix B). The existing septic <br /> system is planned to be destroyed and replaced during development. <br /> The proposed replacement septic system is planned to be installed to the west of the <br /> existing dwelling, in the southwest area of the subject property (Figure 2).
