The septic system will <br /> be connected to the existing two-bedroom dwelling on the property. <br /> A second septic system is proposed to be installed to the east of the proposed modular <br /> home, in the northwest area of the subject property (Figure 2). The septic system will <br /> consist, at a minimum of a 1,200-gallon septic tank with two compartments and a 950- <br /> square foot, 42-inch-deep filter bed. The septic system will be connected to the two- <br /> bedroom modular home planned to be developed on the property and will be utilized 365 <br /> days a year. <br /> 3.1. EXISTING ON-SITE SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> The septic system servicing the existing dwelling (house) consists of an 800-gallon septic <br /> tank with two compartments and one 75-foot-long leach line. The septic tank and filter <br /> bed are located to the west of the structure on the property. The system is permitted for <br /> a two-bedroom house and is utilized 365 days/year (Appendix B). The information above <br /> is based on the only septic permit on record for the property that is discussed in the <br /> following section. <br /> 3.2. SITE SEPTIC PERMIT HISTORY <br /> One liquid wastewater septic permit is on record at the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department (EHD). EHD permit No. 997 dated October 1951 is on <br /> record for 2111 Waudman Avenue, Stockton, California for installation of a new <br /> residential septic system consisting of an 800-gallon septic tank with two compartments <br /> and one 75-foot-long leach line (Appendix B). <br /> 3.3. ON-SITE SEPTIC TANK REPAIR HISTORY <br /> There are no septic wastewater repair permits on file at the EHD. <br /> 3.4. EXISTING SEPTIC TANK USAGE IN THE GENERAL AREA <br /> Neighboring properties are zoned for residential land use. Several liquid waste permits <br /> are on record at the EHD for installation of septic systems surrounding the subject <br /> property. <br />
