GE�Mot <br /> GENESIS ENGINEERING REDEVELOPMENT <br /> 3.7 Task 7—Site Investigation Report <br /> A report summarizing the results of the activities associated with this Work Plan will be <br /> prepared. The report will include tables,maps, figures, and appendices summarizing the data <br /> collected during the field activities. The report will include: <br /> 1. A summary of work tasks completed as part of this field investigation; <br /> 2. Analysis of local groundwater flow and gradient; <br /> 3. Details on the installation and sampling of reconnaissance borings and <br /> monitoring wells; <br /> 4. Groundwater analytical results; <br /> 5. A statistical analysis of background water quality data, and an evaluation of <br /> pre-existing and newly-installed monitoring well data to determine the <br /> vertical and lateral extent of groundwater impacts; <br /> 6. Borings logs and well construction diagrams; and <br /> 7. Tabulated analytical data and certified laboratory reports. <br /> 3.8 Task 8—Water Quality Monitoring Plan <br /> Upon completion of the Additional Groundwater Investigation, a Work Plan will be <br /> submitted to the RWQCB for a Water Quality Monitoring Program, as directed in the April <br /> 30, 2009 RWQCB letter. The proposed Water Quality Monitoring Plan ("Plan") will include <br /> the following, in accordance with Title 27: <br /> 1. Proposed monitoring wells and surface water sample points to be included in <br /> the monitoring program; <br /> 2. Proposed monitoring frequency; <br /> 3. A list of proposed monitoring parameters,and the concentration limit for <br /> each; <br /> 4. A Site plan showing all proposed monitoring points and the Point of <br /> Compliance; and <br /> 5.
