GEMot
GENESIS ENGINEERING REDEVELOPMENT
3.7 Task 7—Site Investigation Report
A report summarizing the results of the activities associated with this Work Plan will be
prepared. The report will include tables,maps, figures, and appendices summarizing the data
collected during the field activities. The report will include:
1. A summary of work tasks completed as part of this field investigation;
2. Analysis of local groundwater flow and gradient;
3. Details on the installation and sampling of reconnaissance borings and
monitoring wells;
4. Groundwater analytical results;
5. A statistical analysis of background water quality data, and an evaluation of
pre-existing and newly-installed monitoring well data to determine the
vertical and lateral extent of groundwater impacts;
6. Borings logs and well construction diagrams; and
7. Tabulated analytical data and certified laboratory reports.
3.8 Task 8—Water Quality Monitoring Plan
Upon completion of the Additional Groundwater Investigation, a Work Plan will be
submitted to the RWQCB for a Water Quality Monitoring Program, as directed in the April
30, 2009 RWQCB letter. The proposed Water Quality Monitoring Plan ("Plan") will include
the following, in accordance with Title 27:
1. Proposed monitoring wells and surface water sample points to be included in
the monitoring program;
2. Proposed monitoring frequency;
3. A list of proposed monitoring parameters,and the concentration limit for
each;
4. A Site plan showing all proposed monitoring points and the Point of
Compliance; and
5. Groundwater and surface water sampling and analytical procedures.
William DePaoli Property 6 of 7
Additional Groundwater Investigation Work Plan
June 2009
