Revisions to a job-copy of the design drawings will be maintained for preparation of the
final as-built drawings of the remediation system.
3.5.2 Waste Profile and Disposal
Waste materials generated during trenching activities will be temporarily stored on-site,
sampled, characterized, transported, and properly disposed of as necessary and in accordance
with the soil and groundwater management plan for the site.
3.6 Periodic Monitoring Reports
The system monitoring data and an evaluation of the system performance will be summarized
periodically in quarterly reports, which will be submitted to the CRWQCB. Reporting will include
tabulated field data, figures, appendices containing copies of field notes and data sheets,
performance evaluation of the product removal remediation system conclusions, and
recommendations. This reporting will be incorporated into the currently ongoing quarterly
reporting.
