8. At least 1 accessible route shall connect accessible building or facility entrances with all accessible <br />spaces and elements within the building or facility, including mezzanines, which are otherwise <br />connected by a circulation path. §11 13-206.2.4 <br />9. Parking spaces will be required to accommodate persons with disabilities in compliance with <br />Chapter 11 B of the California Building Code. Note that accessible parking spaces are required for <br />each phase of the project. These parking space(s) shall be located as close as possible to the <br />primary entrance to the building. <br />10. Adequate sanitary facilities shall be provided for the facility per the requirements of Chapter 4 of <br />the California Plumbing Code. <br />11. Pursuant to Section 422.4 of the California Plumbing Code, toilet facilities shall be accessible to <br />employees at all times, should not be more than 500 feet from where employees are regularly <br />employed and accessible by not more than one flight of stairs. The plans shall indicate the location <br />of the toilet facilities and the travel distance from work areas. <br />12. This project will be required to comply with the Model Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance <br />requirements of the California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 2, Chapter 2.7 <br />2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: (Contact: [209] 468-3000) <br />a. A Caltrans encroachment permit shall be required for all work within Caltrans right-of-way. A copy <br />OT the permit shall be provided to Public Works for the file. <br />b. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with Caltrans standards prior to issuance <br />of the occupancy permit. <br />c. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permits. <br />d. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this application. The fee is due and payable <br />at the time of building permit application. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each <br />year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. <br />(Resolution R-00-433) <br />e. The Regional Transportation Impact Fee shall be required for this application. The fee is due and <br />payable at the time of building permit application. The fee will be based on the current schedule at <br />the time of payment. (Resolution R-06-38) <br />f. The developer shall provide drainage facilities in accordance with the San Joaquin County <br />Development Standards. Retention basins shall be fenced with 6 -foot -high chain link fence or equal <br />when the maximum design depth is 18 inches or more. Required retention basin capacity shall be <br />calculated and submitted along with a drainage plan for review and approval, prior to release of <br />building permits. (Development Title Section 9-1135) <br />g. All Construction must be set back at least 20 feet from Caltrans right-of-way for future <br />improvements to the I-5 and SR -33 access roads. <br />h. The developer shall provide drainage facilities in accordance with the San Joaquin County <br />Development Standards. Retention basins shall be fenced with 6 -foot -high chain link fence or equal <br />when the maximum design depth is 18 inches or more. Required retention basin capacity shall be <br />calculated and submitted along with a drainage plan for review and approval, prior to release of <br />building permit.
