See Title 22 California Code of <br /> Regulations section 66268.7. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Provide a corrective action statement and supporting documentation within 30 days to the <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department. Be sure to sign all copies of land disposal restriction forms, <br /> including the customer copy. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 113 HSC 25160.2(b)(3) Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. <br /> OBSERVATION: The facility could not provide all of the consolidated manifest receipts for hazardous waste <br /> transported from the site in the past three years. The missing receipts include: <br /> 1. date shipped 2-16-21, 223 waste code, 19 gallons <br /> 2. date shipped 9-3-20, 223 waste code, 19 gallons <br /> 3. date shipped 5-22-20, 223 waste code, 19 gallons <br /> 4. date shipped 7-9-19, 221 waste code,40 gallons <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years. <br /> This period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding <br /> the regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Locate a copy of the receipts listed above. Maintain the records on-site for three years <br /> from the date of shipping and provide a copy to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD). <br /> If the receipts cannot be found, provide a statement to the EHD that future receipts will be maintained on-site for <br /> three years. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 119 HSC 25404(e)(4) Failed to report program data in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). <br /> OBSERVATION: This business's hazardous waste ID number is reported inaccurately on the California <br /> Environmental Reporting System (CERS)website.
