IMG-0516.Assembly Area. One container of waste oil that is not closed or labeled completely. <br /> 2. IMG-0552.Assembly Area. One container of used oil that is not closed or labeled. <br /> 3. IMG-0562. Paint room. One container of hazardous waste paint that the site did not label completely or close. <br /> 4. IMG-0615.Warehouse. Hazardous waste drum with an incomplete hazardous waste label and is not closed. <br /> 5. IMG-0635. Warehouse. Open, unlabeled container of alodine waste <br /> 6. IMG-0645.Warehouse. Partially full, open, incompletely labeled container of paint hazardous waste. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A container holding hazardous waste shall always be closed during transfer and <br /> storage, except when it is necessary to add or remove waste. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately close these containers and ensure all hazardous waste containers are closed <br /> when not adding or removing waste. Provide a corrective action statement and supporting documentation to the <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 406 CCR 66261.7 Empty hazardous waste or material container greater than 5 gallons not managed per this section. <br /> OBSERVATION: IMG-0650.Warehouse. Three empty, 55-gallon hazardous materials drums without labeling. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Empty containers which previously held a hazardous material, including hazardous <br /> waste must be managed per Title 22 California Code of Regulations(CCR)section 66261.7. Refer to this section <br /> and California Department of Toxic Substances Control guidance for more information. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label all empty containers with the date they were emptied and manage <br /> within one year of that date. Manage the container per Title 22 CCR section 66261.7.
