In <br />1989, Cal Cedar submitted a hazardous material business plan and the Office of Emergency <br />Services conducted a preliminary inspection. There were no violations recorded during this <br />inspection. <br />Cal Cedar conducts an annual inventory of hazardous materials and submits its report to the <br />Office of Emergency Response biennally. <br />There is no record of any emergency responses for spills at the Cal Cedar site.
