San Joaquin County Environmental Checklist
The County will review the proposed project and will be the lead agency for
certification of the environmental document, approval of the project design, and
implementation of this public project. if approved by the County, the LEA(San
Joaquin County Environmental Health Division)will review the proposed project
and issue a revised SWFP. Because no discretionary permits based on general
plan policies or requirements of the zoning ordinance are anticipated to be
required for this project,no conflicts with the County's general plan or zoning
ordinance would occur. There is no impact. No mitigation is required.
C. The proposed project would not affect sensitive plant or wildlife species covered
under the San Joaquin Multi-Species Habitat Conservation Plan(San Joaquin
Council of Governments 2000)and would not conflict with the provisions of any
other local, regional,or state habitat conservation plans. There would be no
impact.
Notice of Preparation for the June 2006
North County Recycling Center and Sanitary Landfill 2_57
Permit Revision AS 06307.06
