The EHD is the Solid Waste Local Enforcement Agency <br />(LEA) for this facility. The LEA is certified by the California Integrated Waste Management Board to <br />enforce state laws and regulations at solid waste sites in San Joaquin County, including active and closed <br />landfills. <br />Description of Project and LEA's Determination <br />North County Recycling Center & Sanitary Landfill is a 320 -acre existing landfill site located at 17900 E <br />Harney Lane between Jack Tone Road and Clements Road.
