Mr. Martin was not aware of any fuel tanks, chemical storage, dumping, buried
debris, automotive or equipment maintenance, former structures, or other
environmental issues on the Site.
6.0 SITE DOCUMENTS
6.1 _Environmental Health _Department Records
Hazardous Materials Records
The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department was contacted
regarding the Site address of 6103 West Delta Avenue. According to Laura
Sauers of that office, no hazardous materials records are available for the Site
address (correspondence, April 7, 2020).
Well & Septic Permits
Live Oak searched the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
well and septic permit files for the Site address. Three permits were identified:
• October 2006 permit for new domestic well. The well had a depth of 210
feet, with a grout seal at 115 feet.
• December 2006 permit for a new residential septic system. The system
included a 1,200 -gallon tank and three 100 -foot leach lines.
• January 2007 permit for pump replacement at the domestic well.
7.0 GOVERNMENT AGENCY RESEARCH
7.1 EPA Databases
The California Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) manages contaminated
sites through two sub -agencies: the State Water Resources Control Board
(SWRCB) and the Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC). The
SWRCB's GeoTracker database includes underground storage tank (UST) sites,
leaking underground storage tank (LUST) sites, cleanup program sites, and land
disposal sites. The database can be searched by reviewing two lists, the
Permitted Underground Storage Tank (UST) Sites list and the Cleanup Sites list.
DTSC's EnviroStor database includes Federal Superfund sites, State response
sites, voluntary cleanup sites, school cleanup sites, corrective action sites, and
permitted hazardous waste facilities.
Live Oak searched both databases on April 6, 2021 for any listed sites within
one-quarter mile of the Site. The subject Site was not listed on either database,
and no listed facilities were identified within one-quarter mile.
LOGE 2120 4
