7.2 Environmental Health Department Databases <br />Live Oak reviewed the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's <br />Cleanup, Hazardous Materials, Hazardous Waste Generators, Underground <br />Storage Tanks, Aboveground Storage Tanks, and Complaints databases, dated <br />July 2020, for facilities of concern within one-quarter mile of the Site. The subject <br />Site was not included on any of the databases. Three listed sites were identified <br />within the search radius: <br />• Karl Jensen, 5923 W. Delta, adjacent to east of Site, Aboveground <br />Storage Tanks and Hazardous Materials databases. Live Oak reviewed <br />records on file for this facility with the San Joaquin County Environmental <br />Health Department. According to an Agricultural Hazardous Materials <br />Inventory from 2011, acetylene, carbon dioxide, oxygen, propane, and <br />gasoline were stored at the facility. According to an Aboveground <br />Petroleum Storage Program Survey Form from 2009, 500 -gallon and 350 - <br />gallon above -ground gasoline tanks were also maintained at the facility. <br />No evidence was identified of impacts to the subject Site. <br />• Haley Farms, 5793 W. Delta, poultry farm, approximately 600 feet east of <br />the Site, Aboveground Storage Tanks and Hazardous Materials <br />databases. Live Oak reviewed records on file for this facility with the San <br />Joaquin County Environmental Health Department. According to an <br />Agricultural Hazardous Materials Inventory from 2011, acetylene, carbon <br />dioxide, oxygen, and propane were stored at the facility. According to an <br />Aboveground Petroleum Storage Program Survey Form from 2009, a 500 - <br />gallon above -ground gasoline tank was also maintained at the facility. A <br />letter from the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board <br />regarding waste discharge requirements for compost operations was on <br />file as well. No evidence was identified of impacts to the subject Site. <br />Poultry farms can be a source of nitrate and other contaminants if waste <br />materials are not properly stored and disposed. <br />• Alves & Perry, 18700 Tom Paine, approximately 900 feet southwest of the <br />Site, Underground Storage Tanks database. Live Oak reviewed records <br />on file for this facility with the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br />Department. According to a 1989 Underground Storage Tank Program <br />Tank Permit Application, a 1,000 -gallon diesel tank and a 1,000 -gallon <br />leaded gasoline tank were located at this facility. The tanks were removed <br />by Jim Thorpe Oil in August 1989. No evidence was identified of impacts <br />to the subject Site. <br />Live Oak searched the San Joaquin County Haz Mat Viewer on April 26, 2021 for <br />the Site and any nearby facilities with hazardous materials inventories. The Site <br />was not marked as a hazardous materials facility. Two hazardous materials <br />facilities were identified within one-quarter mile of the Site: <br />LOGE 2120 5 <br />
