Live Oak reviewed the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's maps of Nitrate - Land Use Data and DBCP - Land Use Data dated February 20, 2019. According to the maps, no wells in the immediate vicinity of the Site have been tested for either constituent. Within two miles of the Site, six wells were tested for nitrate (Plate 4); nitrate was detected in five of the wells at concentrations between 0.1 and 5.0 mg/L-N, and in the final well at a concentration over 10 mg/L-N. Within two miles of the Site, three wells were tested for dibromochloropropane (DBCP) (Plate 5); no DBCP was detected in any of the wells. The Maximum Contaminant Level (MCL) set by the US EPA for nitrate is 10 mg/L-N; the MCL for DBCP is 0.2 ug/L. 7.3 Aaricultural Commissioner's Records Live Oak contacted the San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's Office regarding agricultural use of the site. According to Hiromi Hernandez of that office, Mike Mattos has grown alfalfa on the Site since 2017. A variety of agricultural chemicals have been applied to the Site during that time, as indicated on the attached table in Appendix 5 (correspondence, April 26, 2021). 7.4 Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources Mates The California Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources (DOGGR) Well Finder website was queried on April 23, 2021 for mapped oil or gas wells within one-quarter mile of the subject Site. No wells were identified within the search radius. 7.5 National Pipeline Mapping System Database Live Oak reviewed the National Pipeline Mapping System (NPMS) Public Viewer on April 23, 2021 for evidence of hazardous materials pipelines within one- quarter mile of the Site. The NPMS does not depict any hazardous materials pipelines within the search radius. Local pipelines which are not mapped by the NPMS may be present in the area, however. LOGE 2120 6
