Section 21820(a) requires cost estimates meeting the following criteria: <br />1. Cost estimates for the activities anticipated <br />2. Cost estimates for the design, materials, equipment, labor, administration, and <br />quality assurance for closure <br />3. Cost estimate contingency of 20 percent <br />The closure cost estimate for this PCPMP is presented and summarized in Appendix D. This <br />closure cost estimate is based on applicable elements in the cost template established by <br />CIWMB. The estimated closure cost for the final closure of the landfill footprint is <br />approximately $12 million (Table 2 and Appendix D).
