San <br />Joaquin Street, Stockton, concerning violations of The Medical <br />Waste Management Act identified on August 25, 1992, August 28, <br />1992, and September 1, 1992. These violations included and were <br />not limited to the following: <br />1. Failure to properly treat medical waste (Section <br />25097). <br />2.
