Discussed complaint with Elena Manzo, Ld Sr REHS. FLORIDO <br /> According to Elena, based on her conversation with Claudia, the drains impacted <br /> are not storm drains, but similar to french drains used for draining water from the <br /> ground and the water collects in a designated area. <br /> Received a call from Mark Bare (530-748-5785) of the Central Valley Regional <br /> Water Board, regarding this complaint. Mark stated he would be passing off my <br /> contact information to John Murphy (Central Valley Regional Water Board), who <br /> will contact me to set up a time to meet on-site to observe the clean-up. Mark Bare <br /> also mentioned that Patriot Environmental may be conducting the clean-up <br /> tomorrow. <br /> Received an update on the spill from Claudia Muro, REHS. <br /> Received a call from Isabella Bencomo (Central Valley Water Board), to schedule <br /> to meet her on site today. Informed Elena Manzo, Ld Sr REHS, and Melissa <br /> Nissim, CUPA Program Coordinator, of the site visit. <br /> Called the following individuals to find out if the site was accessible for a site visit: <br /> called and left voice messages for Chris Feathers (Patriot, 530-228-2040) and <br /> Kristen Summi (Patriot, 484-818-1227).Called and spoke to Ryan Ebarb (Patriot) <br /> who stated he was not sure when Patriot would be back on-site because the <br /> property owner requested to review Patriot's scope of work before the clean-up <br /> begins. Ryan also mentioned that Patriot was on-site this morning for continued <br /> assessment of the site. <br /> Called and spoke to Wes Serpa (Wilbur Ellis Local Branch Manager, <br /> 916-214-7046), and asked him if he could meet me and Isabella on-site at 1 pm. <br /> Wes stated he was currently arriving at the site, but would be leaving, and would <br /> try to be back at 1 pm, as he had meetings he would have to rearrange. Wes <br /> provided the directions and a gate code to access the site. Wes also provided the <br /> property owner/lessor's contact info: Trevor(aka Trey) Carlson, 209-639-7911. <br /> Received a call back from Kristen who also stated the property owner wants to <br /> agree to Patriot's scope of work before the clean-up begins. Kristen stated the <br /> Patriot Project Manager for this spill clean-up,Jamie Dobbs, will be going to the <br /> site today to finish the final assessment in order to submit the scope of work to the <br /> property owner. I requested Kristen to ask Jamie if he could meet me and Isabella <br /> on site today at 1 pm. Kristen agreed to let me know. <br /> Kristen informed me that Jamie is going to try to be on-site at 3pm. I told Kristen <br /> that Isabella and I will be on-site at 1 pm. Kristen stated she will provide me and <br /> Isabella with the details of Jamie's assessment. <br /> Left home for EHD. Arrived at EHD. Called Isabella and informed her that Jamie <br /> Dobbs (Patriot) may not be able to meet us by 3pm. Isabella requested me to <br /> meet her at 1 pm so that I can show her the impacted areas and provide her with <br /> the spill details. Informed Isabella that I had not seen the spill yet, so I will ask <br /> Claudia Muro, REHS, to visit the site with us since she was on-site the day of the <br /> incident. <br /> Prepared for inspection. Left EHD for site with Claudia Muro and Melissa Nissim <br /> (CUPA Program Coordinator).Called and spoke to Raul Lomelli (Fish &Wildlife <br /> Warden, 209-649-7666) who had left me a voice message. Raul confirmed he <br /> was aware of the spill and was not concerned with the possibly impacted drainage <br /> ditches possibly leading to the nearby Sycamore Slough and Mokelumne River. <br /> Arrived on-site and met with Isabella, Jeff Tierney (Central Valley Water Board), <br /> 5105.rpt Page 4 of 7 <br />
