Soil Suitability/ Nitrate Loading Study � rerracon <br />Eagle's Nest Motorcycle School Stockton, California <br />July 27, 2021 Terracon Project No. NA217040 <br />1.1.2 Proposed Development <br />Based on a review of site plans, the site is proposed to be developed with an approximately 600 <br />square foot (SF) motorcycle storage building, septic system, asphalt motorcycle riding course, <br />three stormwater retention basins and limited landscaping. <br />1.1.3 Site Vicinity <br />Shaw Road abuts the site to the north and east followed by the northern adjoining industrial <br />property (1448 North Shaw Road). The eastern adjoining properties consist of vacant land (1648 <br />North Shaw Road) followed by North Shaw Road. The Stockton Terminal railroad abuts the site <br />to the south followed by an industrial property (1265 North Shaw Road). Highway 99 abuts the <br />site to the west. A detailed vicinity and topographic map are included in Appendix A (Exhibit 1). <br />1.1.4 Site Map <br />A detailed site diagram map is included in Appendix A (Exhibit 2). <br />1.2 Present and Past Uses of the Site <br />1.2.1 Past and Present Site Use <br />Terracon reviewed the USGS Historical Topographic Map Explorer Burnham (1914), Waterloo <br />(1968, 1978, 2012), Lodi South (1968, 1978, 2012) and Stockton East (1952, 1968, 1976, 1987, <br />2012) California Quadrangle topographic maps. Historical aerial photographs dated 1937, 1940, <br />1957, 1963, 1975, 1982, 1984, 1993, 1998, 2005, 2006, 2009, 2010, 2012 provided by various <br />sources and Google Earth aerial images dating between 1985 to the present.
