Observed rodent droppings on shelves, carts,trays, equipment,dishwasher,wok station, <br /> and reach-in freezers. Clean and sanitize facility immediately. Increase pest control measures. Discarded any contaminated <br /> food items immediately. <br /> Observed some dead cockroaches in flour container and in left reach-in freezer. Observed some dead cockroaches on the <br /> lid of the two kitchen reach-in freezers. Clean and sanitize areas immediately and discard contaminated food items <br /> immediately.
