MOUNTAIN HOUSE SPECIFIC PLAN} U <br />4.2.4 Lighting <br />Master Plan Summary <br />The Master Plan requires that lighting throughout Mountain House be designed to <br />minimize glare and night lighting levels, differentiate use areas. emphasize community <br />amenities. provide continuity along street corridors and ensure the safety of residents and <br />users. Lrghting throughout MountaPn House will minimize impacts to adjaoent land uses, <br />especially residences. Lighting requirernents will be addfessed in the County <br />Development Title andlor MHCSD Design Manual. <br />Plan Description <br />Lighting in the SPIT Area will conform to the applicable tequirements of the San Joaquin <br />County Development Title. the MHCSD Design, Manual, anti the T..... k re .'A"Alt�erp, <br />LLQ'- Mountaln Flouse Design Manuals, as amended. All iighting wilt reflect the <br />architectural design theme of the neighborhood or district in which they are located. <br />SPII Implementation Measures <br />1. County Lig htinp Reauiromeinta.
