These <br />provisiows are sutnmari2ed in Chapter Two: Planning Concepts. <br />Specific Plans for residential areas are to include conceptual layouts for arI roadways and <br />for the school sites, parks, commercial areas and other uses within tha rkeighborheods- <br />Additiorlal design provisions are described and implemented throuq# standards in Spemfic <br />Piaci II, the Mountain Nouse development Trde, the Mountain House Single Fa miry Design <br />Manual, the MURI- Family Design Manual, and the MHCSI) Design Manual. <br />Ttte MasterPlan requires that design Guidelines c❑nslstent with the Master Plen ani! <br />other County adopted plans for Mauntain House be submitted for administrative review <br />prior to approval of Final Maps, Parcel Maps of other devel❑pmetlt permits in residential <br />areas. <br />Plan Description <br />Neighborhood Concepts <br />Figures 3.1 end 3-4 through 3.7 depict the land use configurations of SPI I netghharh❑eds_ <br />Figures 4.3 td 4.5 show the layout of focal streets, lots, and neighborhood focal points for <br />the seven SPIt neighborhoods and the Town Center The neighborhoods rkay be <br />generally described as follows_ <br />Neighborhood C. This neighbiOh d Is bounded by Great Valley Parkway, Mascot <br />Boulevard, Central Parkway, and Grant line Road. Consistent with the Master <br />Plan, the intensity of land uses decreases from the higher density housing along <br />Central Parkway to lower densities along the west. In orderto <br />achieve adequate papulation for the K-8 school, this neighborhood contains a <br />higher percentage of medium density housing than other S P I I neighborhoods. <br />Most of the eastern portion of this neighbor{sood, adjacent to De Anza Boulevard, <br />will he developed as part of Specl6c Plan III, <br />• Neighborhecd H: This neighborhood Is bounded by Great Valley ParkwayiCounty <br />line, Byron Road, Mcrunrairl Nouse Greek, and de Anza Boulevard. The <br />neighborhood center occupies the middle of the site, surrounded by residential <br />uses that lessen in intensity from east to west. The easternmost portion, adjacenl <br />to Mountain House Geek, will be developed with medium hlgheF dansfty ftuusing- <br />1HeILP&Ag rwo-sl targeted fpr seniors, On the west edge are parcels designated <br />for general and community comrnefdal use.
