Landscaping. Fencing. Fencing, where required, shall consist of four to five feet high, <br />black chain 11nk fencing, or as required by the MHCSD as part of a speciflc <br />recreational facility. Furniture should include <br />benches, picnic tables, trash containers, barbecue pits (if any), or other <br />similar itUMS, AS defermi"ed by the MHCSD. <br />The furnishings shall he selected as part of the infrastructure design of the <br />surrounding Neighborhood, consistent with the M14CSD Design Manual, <br />31. Site Approval. Public Art.
