Freeway improvements include mainline, <br />interchanges, HOV lanes, ramp metering, truck lanes, study repoYts, end plans. Major <br />Improvements to State routes wlfl be eompfeted in phases, ennsistientvMh the travel <br />demand estimated by State project study reports of Gounly improVement plans for <br />regional transportation facilities. Commun y access to 1-205 and 1-580 will be directed to <br />existing interchanges. <br />Plan Description <br />The uftimate improvements to the Mountain House ParkwayA-205 interchange required to <br />serve the entire Mountan House community are expecled to be under construction or <br />completed prior to the development of properties within SP II, As provided for In the <br />Master Plan, the community will pay its "falr share" of other freeway improvements <br />including mainline widening, HOV lanes, ramp metering, truck lanes and required studies- <br />SPII Implementation Measures <br />MHCSD Community Funding and Participation RequVuManU.
