Where designated bicycle facAities intersaCt aignalized <br />roadways, the traffic signals shall include the latest technology for bicycle <br />actuation, or if such technology does not exist, pedestrian equipment to <br />allow cyclist actuation. <br />4. Facilities. Rest areas, bike racks, drinking fountains, and other appropriate <br />amenities shalJ be provided at significant destinations on the network of <br />class I and Class II facilities. <br />5.
